Public service announcement for cooks: Measuring cup #1 is 27 years old, part of a wedding shower present to me. It has been used weekly (almost daily!) for all of those years. Cup #2 is from the 1970’s, a garage sale find with years of use. Cup #3 was purchased NEW, a couple of months ago. The printing is almost gone, and it’s about to go into Goodwill, because I just don’t need another gravy boat. 🙄 If you REALLY use your measuring cups and also dishwasher them, BUY VINTAGE.
