Yummy

After dozens of tries, we (my 14yo and I) have FINALLY managed to get a crispy bottom crust on a homemade pizza!!! 🍕 1) Bobby Flay’s crust recipe (or your fave) 2) Preheat the oven as hot as it will go (500° for us) 3) Our well-seasoned cast iron pan on the LOWEST shelf until it’s HOT 🥵 4) Olive oil and corn meal the pan, CAREFULLY set in the rolled-and-poked crust 5) ONE more minute in the oven 6) Add toppings and cook! 👩🏻‍🍳 PLUS, I used up the leftover ricotta filling and sauce from last night’s manicotti: win-win. 🏆
