Some Exciting Stuff!

After about six weeks, THIS is what old, slimy veggies and the grapes and berries that were forgotten in the back of the fridge and potato peels and avocado peels and eggshells and watermelon rinds and pineapple tops and coffee grounds (and filters!) and plant clippings and mowed grass and dried leaves and fireplace ash and shredded paper and sawdust (and a bunch of other stuff that would go in a landfill) have created.

This will top-dress all of my new plantings while another compost tumbler cooks away and another one is now ready for filling.

It’s kind of amazing, I think. (Humor me; please act like you think this is exciting, too!)
